Celebrate (and Save!) on Cinco de Mayo

I grew up in Tucson, and now I live in San Diego…needless to say, I just love Mexican food. And a fun fact, I speak Spanish too. With Cinco de May upon us, I wanted to share some of my favorite Mexican-inspired “Ten Dollar Dinners” dishes. And, bonus that Cinco de Mayo is on a Sunday this year; a perfect time for a fun meal with family and friends (and any excuse to eat Mexican food is good in my book).
