Childhood hunger is a cause close to my heart, so I love doing anything I can to support Share Our Strength and the No Kid Hungry mission. I’m proud to serve as the honorary chair and host for my hometown Taste of the Nation event this year. Not only do attendees get to enjoy a fun night with delicious food and drink, but they also know their money is directly helping Share Our Strength’s efforts to eradicate childhood hunger – including local organizations and those needing help in our community.

Nearly half of all children in the U.S. will be on food stamps at the some point in their life. Each ticket purchased for this event supports Share Our Strength’s efforts to eliminate childhood hunger and supports local San Diego beneficiary San Diego Hunger Coalition.
